Rush Soccer, the internationally recognized sporting organization focused on the development of soccer players, and Capelli Sport, the international sportswear and team wear brand, have announced a historic long-term partnership between both organizations.
According to the terms of the agreement, the partnership, which will see Capelli Sport become the official uniform, retailer and fan gear supplier to Rush Soccer, will officially begin June 2019. All on-field and off-field player and coach apparel, accessories and equipment will be exclusively Capelli Sport.
Rush Soccer has partnered with more than 90 clubs across the globe, and provides a comprehensive club development curriculum that benefits more than 32,000 players. As one of the largest soccer clubs in the world, and with an ever-expanding global footprint, Rush Soccer is creating a brand of soccer unavailable anywhere else in the country. The organization’s extensive network of professional coaches and technical staff are dedicated to the betterment of soccer in the United States and developing a better quality of soccer player within the Rush system.
Rush Soccer’s President and CEO Tim Schulz, who founded the Rush in 1997, comments, “We are very pleased to be partnering with Capelli Sport starting in June 2019. Capelli Sport was founded in 2011 by President George Altirs, with the mission to provide quality, functionality and design for high-level performance on the field. Altirs’ more than 30 years in the apparel, fashion and accessory business with parent company GMA Accessories led to the creation of Capelli Sport. The brand’s innovative, world-class training gear, equipment and uniforms have yielded many global recreational, youth, club, collegiate, semi-professional and professional sports partnerships.
