RETURN POLICY

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

Capelli Sport gladly accepts returns on items within 30 days of purchase.Some exceptions do apply. Items being returned must be in their original condition (unworn, unlaundered & with the original packaging.)

Please note customized items featuring team crests, names and player numbers are one of a kind and cannot be returned or exchanged.


To return your purchase. please ship the item(s) to:

Capelli Sport is not responsible for supplying return labels or refunding shipping costs. Personalized items that are returned without Capelli Sport approval will not be refunded or reshipped back to the customer.



Please include the following with your package: your name, your address, the original order number of the item and the reason you are returning the item.


WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

A refund for the returned item(s) will be credited to the original payment account upon arrival of the return at the warehouse.



Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping and an additional 1 to 2 days for the return to be processed.


EXCHANGE POLICY

HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Capelli Sport will gladly help you exchange products to ensure your order 1s to your satisfaction. Items being exchanged must be in their original condition (unworn, unlaundered & with the original packaging.)



Please note, customized items featuring team crests, names, and player numbers are one of a kind, and cannot be returned or exchanged.



To exchange an order you must place a new order for the desired product(s).Send the new order number to customerservice@capellisport.com and ship the product being exchanged to:

Please note when placing your new order you will be charged for shipping. Upon arrival of the exchanged item at the fulfillment center. Capelli Sport will refund the shipping cost, as a sign of our appreciation.

SHIPPING POLICY

HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.



When you place an order. we will be charging shipping fees based on the transaction amount, delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We use USPS and Saturday counts as a business day.
