This Giveaway is arranged and carried out by GMA Accessories Inc. and Capelli Sport, with an office at 1 East 33rd Street, 9th floor, New York, NY 10016, USA.
By entering this giveaway, you accept and agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Failure to so comply will result in disqualification. This giveaway runs during the period of July 7th - July 16th 2023, and is open to individuals over the age of 18 from Europe and The United States on CAPELLI SPORT's official Instagram account. No purchase is necessary. The giveaway is not open to employees of GMA Accessories Inc., Capelli Sport, or any of its subsidiaries or affiliated entities.

SELECTING THE WINNERS
Capelli Sport will randomly draw one winner from all entries. The draw will take place on July 17th, 2023.
CONTACTING THE WINNERS
The winner's name will be announced and tagged in an Instagram story posted by
MSV Duisburg, @msvduisburg
The winners will be asked to provide his / her sizing information, full name, address and phone number to the inbox of @msvduisburg through a direct message.
The winner will receive the price at her / her home address or the nearest post office. In the event a winner does not respond within 3 days from the date of our Instagram story, we reserve the right to draw a new, substitute winner via the same random method. No purchase is necessary.
USE OF IMAGES AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
All personal information received regarding this giveaway will be treated confidentially within CAPELLI SPORT / GMA Accessories Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies will be permanently deleted when the draw has ended, with the exception of each participant’s email address and telephone number, which will remain confidentially and securely stored in the GMA Accessories Inc. database, subject to receipt of a prior written request from a participant to the above-listed address to delete such information. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the announcement on Instagram will appear on the CAPELLI SPORT page history. The giveaway is not associated or affiliated in any way with Instagram.
